About me
Claude Sutter, owner of Espressoklinik.
I am Claude Sutter. I grew up in the upper Baselbiet. After living in several places across Switzerland, I have settled in Erlinsbach with my wife.
I trained as a precision mechanic (Polymechaniker). At a Swiss manufacturer of woodworking machinery I assembled and commissioned machines and later took over electrical design. I then worked as a service technician for industrial 3D printers, and today I am a service technician for an international system provider of enclosures and automation solutions.
How I got here
I was not happy with the service on my own machine. So I thought: I am a trained precision mechanic with experience in mechanics, electrics and hydraulics. Add to that the control technology I work with every day as a service technician for 3D printers and automation systems. Modern espresso machines and bean-to-cup machines are exactly that: mechanics, water, electrics and a controller. I can do this myself, and do it the way I would have wanted as a customer.
What you can count on
- Honestly weighed upClean or replace, whichever makes more sense for you.
- Full transparencyWhen you collect your machine, you see what was done and get your removed parts back if you wish.
- Diagnosis first, then a quoteYou know the price before I order any parts.
Before I sell one of my own used machines, it runs in our kitchen at home in daily use. That way I know everything is right.
